The Managing Professional transition module is designed to allow v3 candidates who have already invested to easily transition across to v4. They can gain the designation of v4 Managing Professional via one course and one exam.

Drive Stakeholder Value –
• Conversion of demand into value via IT enabled services
• Understanding of SLA design, multi-supplier management, communication, relationship management, CX and UX design, customer journey mapping
• Understanding of tools to increase the stakeholder satisfaction
• Managing and integrating stakeholders.
High Velocity IT –
• Functioning of digital organizations and digital operating function in high velocity environments
• Working practices such as Agile and Lean, and technical practices and technology such as Cloud, Automation and Automatic testing
Direct Plan and Improve –
• Impact of Agile and Lean ways of working, and how they can be leveraged to an organization's advantage.
• Understanding of practical and strategic method for planning and delivering continual improvement with necessary agility.
