FAQ's

Choose Wiselearner in your journey

The MSP® framework enables organizations to realize their strategy and gain measurable benefits from business change. It provides program managers with a practical road map from conception to close for all types of programs that benefit stakeholders, the business, and the bottom line by defining a series of processes, components and techniques. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) is a methodology that comprises a set of principles and processes for use when managing a programme.
MSP is often viewed as 'de facto' best practice programme management on an international scale. There is no equivalent to MSP available.
Allowing too much complexity, Failing to build a substantial coalition, Not understanding the need for a clear vision, Failing to clearly communicate the vision, Permitting roadblocks against the vision, Not planning for and getting short-term wins, Declaring victory too soon, Not anchoring changes in corporate culture.MSP addresses all of these issues.
Is your organization thinking about major transformational change? Do you have difficulty in achieving strategic objectives? Do you have difficulty prioritizing projects in a programme? Do you have difficulty prioritizing projects in a programme? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions then you will benefit from the use of MSP®.
